The new Chili Open website is up and functional, and raffle ticket sales are already on par with the total for last year with over a month to go. With the new $10,000 grand prize we are still pushing raffle ticket sales to cover the prize. We are working on a text messaging system, or copy and paste the following and text to your contacts:

Ashley and TJ are also visiting other Rotary Clubs and promoting both raffle and admission tickets.
In addition we are in search of corporate sponsors and auction items. For auction items they are asking for at least $100 value on gift cards etc, although smaller ones will be appreciated and combined as part of a bundle. Ideal items include: Trips, Tickets to events, Sports memorabilia, Spa Treatments, and Unique Experiences.
The committee will be meeting again after the meeting tomorrow in the Senior Center, and on Saturday will be visiting businesses on Pearl and Royalton with a poster push. Let TJ or Ashley know if you can help. It's tentatively scheduled for 11am - 1pm depending on availability.
