Speaker

Our speaker was Mark Akins, an author and sales professional that Tom Gigliotti met at Brewer Garrett.  He encouraged us to challenge our perceptions, and specifically the perception of cold calling, and how he had to challenge his perception of cold calling to get past his anxiety of making calls.

One part of that is expressing yourself in a way that makes other people grateful that you expressed yourself in that way.
