New Member Bio
Michelle Alder gave her bio. Her background is in nursing, and she worked with the Cleveland Clinic. She went back to college, getting a master's in psychology and works for a counseling company that helps veteran's with PTSD, which was the subject of her dissertation and one of her passions.
She took a couple of missionary trips with the Cleveland Clinic cardiology department to India, and helped with cardiology screenings and also helping women with post-partum depression.
She also works for Covelli Enterprises, which is Panera franchisee in the area.
Dr Basa
We received a note from Dr Basa, charter member of our club:
Dear member of Strongsville Rotary club.
Greeting from the Philippines RtPp, charter member one of the 26 still alive still active Rotary now member of Angeles Rotary club mother club of all Rotary club in Angeles city where Clark airforce base was now an international airport just open new building. We want to continue our sister club relationship, had matching grand done 22 artisian well some still working after almost 10 years. Glad to continue to receive this newsletter enjoy reading it. We just had a golf outing fund raising for our projects.

Jones Home Game
The
Jones Home Game will be Tuesday, July 25th when the Guardians take on the Royals. Tickets for Rotarians are $25. Please contact Ravi if you are interested in going so we make sure you have ticket.

Speaker

Bobby DiBiasio of the Cleveland Guardians came to give us an update on the changes coming to the ballpark over the next couple of years as it will be refurbished to better serve todays audiences. Much of the upper deck areas will be turned into terrace bars, and the dugout suites will become a club setting.
He also shared the records of the team, and how well the team has done in comparison to other teams in similar markets.
