Chuck Cury's table won the drawing and are responsible for putting up the banners and selling tickets this week.  There are 51 cards left.

Four Way Speech Contest

The four way speech contest is coming up on March 31st.  If you know any students who might be interested we'll have more details soon, or have them contact info@strongsvillerotary.org and we'll send them the info.

Jim Morehouse gave the invocation and led the pledge.

Rotarian of the Month

President Ashley recognized Amy Kocian as the Rotarian of the Month for her work on the Chili Open Auction.  Paul Psota confirmed that Amy's office at Altenheim was so crammed full of baskets, race car tires etc that Amy could barely get out of the office.

Speakers

Karen Raisch-Siegel and Mallory Diebel from LifeWorks spoke to the club about the benefits of exercise, and the factors to keep in mind, e.g. the FITT Principle of Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type as well as the benefits of the three types of exercise, cardio, strength and flexibility.
