Dustin Passalacqua's table won the drawing.  They are responsible for setting up this week.  There are 40 cards left in the deck and the Queen is worth $356.

Walking Tour of Chargin Falls
George Tomko will be collecting interest in a guided walking tour of Chagrin Falls on July 13th followed by lunch.  If you would be interested let George know.

Gardenview Horticultural Gardens June 28th
On June 28th we'll be eating breakfast at the Senior Center and then decamping for the Gardenview Horticultural Park for a tour.  The address is 16711 Pearl Rd.

Speaker

Amanda Liptak, a registered dietician, and a health and business coach spoke to us on the topic of inflammation, how chronic inflammation can affect many diseases.
 
She provided a 3 step process to reduce inflammation: Add - add more plants and fiber.  Swap - replace processed meats with fatty fish, white bread with whole grain etc.  Balance - improve the ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6.
